We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all eligible products, beginning from the date your order is delivered. If 14 days have passed since your purchase delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • The item must not be personalized or engraved.

  •  We cannot accept returns on pierced earrings or ear cuffs for hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and mail it back to the specified return address.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after the returned goods are physically received by us.
