Our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all eligible products, beginning from the date your order is delivered. If 14 days have passed since your purchase delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We want you to love your jewellery. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. How to Start a Return
Please email us at support@tigereyea.co.uk with your order number. We will provide you with the return shipping address.

• Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Custom-made or personalised pieces are also non-returnable.
