This policy applies to all products purchased from Tiger Eyea (The trading name of Tiger Eye Atelier Ltd).
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email or telephone.
UK Shipping (Domestic)
We offer FREE delivery on all domestic orders.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Tiger Eyea (Tiger Eye Atelier Ltd) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, duties, and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is refused by the customer due to unpaid duties, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@tigereyea.co.uk. We will promptly file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement to be sent.
